The first quarters summary meeting 2025 held in in Master headquarters Thailand on 13th March 2025.
During the meeting each branches General manager made a summary report of first quarter. Closely following the conference theme of "Improving efficiency by Lean production, Win the market with the brand influence, Focus all of strength to break through the limitation and Achieving the yearly goal.
"General manager Felix Gao summarized the quarterly lean production progress, Equipment & technology department general manager Charles Yang summarized the group's technology and equipment procurement program 2025. Master group will actively embrace the concept of lean production management and the ideas of creating values for customers in an all-round way.
Mr. Jack Huai, president of the Group, elaborated on the important of General managers role for each branches progress and calling upon the general managers of each branch to learn professional knowledges enhancing the General managers strengthen for management capabilities, and lead all branches to create more brilliant performance in 2025.
